A call for help! You can help wildlife

Wildlife Images Rehabilitation & Education Center

Hello everyone! Wildlife Images is in desperate need of fish (whole fish, fresh or frozen). We have many animals that require fish in their diet. Nestle, our American River Otter consumes roughly 10lbs of fish each week. Other residents that eat fish include Black bears, Brown bears, Bald Eagles, Black Hawks, ibis and cranes. Not to mention all of the rehab wildlife such as herons, eagles, loons, osprey and grebes (as seen above - A Western Grebe that was recently released :) just to name a few. In a given week we can easily go through 40 plus pounds of fish! The incredibly generous fish hatchery that donates regularly unfortunately has no fish to donate at this time. So we are calling on the public to provide any help they can. Are you able to help? We truly appreciate all the support you have given and continue to give!
